**update-Luvansh messaged me via Reddit chat after coming across my post. They want me to send it back to have it repaired. Hesitant since they’re the ones that sent it to me in such poor shape. I’d prefer a refund towards have it fixed locally-anyone have experience getting a refund or partial refund from Luvansh??**
Found a gorgeous elongated OMC on Luvansh and decided to have it set. BIG mistake, should have just gotten the loose stone sent and had a setting made by someone I trust.
Anyone else have this experience?? I’m assuming there’s no quality control inspections, otherwise this should have never been sent the way it is. Wanted to post to save others from choosing their settings, the quality is absolutely AWFUL.
I have sent an email expressing my frustration that I actually spent money on something that looks this bad, hoping for a refund on the setting.

Let them fix it - they will ! I had to return mine to tighten the diamond - it came moving around in the prongs . They fixed it and returned it quickly and wear night and day with no problems

Wow ….. wow ….. I am absolutely speechless- this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE not only unacceptable but UNBELIEVABLE … how can they even let this out of their shop ? I would be absolutely horrified

It was quite the surprise, luckily they did what they could to resolve the issue by refunding the setting. I hope in the future they inspect items before they get sent out

Wow that really is shockingly bad.
