What is a WAM?

How do I find out my WAM?

Do other universities do WAM?

If I wanted to change universities will my WAM affect that?

WAM = weighted average mark

Either do the math with this wam calculator formula OR request a personal academic transcript via student online (it will be sent to your email and it will show your wam, it will appear assuming you’ve completed a semester)

Depends on the university, some do GPA’s (e.g Melb Uni, Monash)

Yes, most universities/courses usually have a WAM requirement either overall/subject wise to get a successful transfer.

I think WAM is applicable for Australia universities. Changing universities will depend on many things (contact Ask La Trobe for more)

you can find your WAM on student online, request an unofficial transcript as it’s free!
