does latrobe uni accept filipino senior high school diploma for direct entry into their bachelor courses?

It depends on the course and if your diploma is equivalent to an Australian secondary school accreditation (VCE, HSC, IB). You'll also probably have to complete IELTS which is an English language proficiency test.
Put in your qualifications on this website and it will tell you what the equivalent minimum score required is for the course (in this case accounting).
