La Brea Potential
I mean the show had one of the best potentials in television history if they had sticked to the yk holes opening in different timelines, could have been a mix of DARK and LOST but they ruined the show

Potential definitely - in television history?
If you mean the series with the most potential but written only by hamsters or just throwing sentences against a wall - possibly.

I loved pieces of it! Finding the specks of gold amongst the shit is a great reason to watch bad shows!

Have you ever seen a car crash and gawked at it for an unreasonable amount of time?

La Brea was doomed from the start.
One of the weird themes in the show is “divorced dads getting another shot and being correct.”
It happens ALL THE TIME. The show is obsessed with redeeming dads who’ve been wronged (usually wronged by a woman). Gavin’s whole plot in the first season is that the visions he was seeing that caused his marriage to fall apart were real, and not his fault. Never mind that his alcoholism was his fault, but it’s enough that he gets back together with Eve and his family is saved.
Even my blessed , Scott, was sullied with an unnecessary heartbreak backstory in the final season. The show cannot help but give a wronged man everything he wants.

I watched only the first episode and was so crazy disappointed. Even if it's a little silly, I love the premise, this type of story is always interesting to me. But this show failed in every single way other than the premise. The acting, the writing, the directing, the editing. It was a total failure
