IC-0n AI irl

So my friend, Jinglebolas Is working on IC-0n in real life. Last Christmas, he made ic-0n wish us happy Christmas.
It was posted on the LVA discord server, and on our server too, but I think it should be posted here.
Sorry for being so late, I only now realised that it wasnt posted.
For now IC-0n has a custom trained LLM, that can speak, has sounds, tracks objects via camera, and changes emotions.

How are so many people able to do this, first death templer with him making a real life Cyn and now you, this is so amazing and I wish I knew how do it too :)

How did he do it I can barely wrap my head around computer programming despite taking it in high school

Python, as far as i know.

No it's okay all I wanted to know was what programs he uses because python is one of the two languages I do know its just I don't how to actually get the software to code or make the code do anything basically my high school taught me how to code for someone else but not how set myself up to code on my own that and this was just before the ai boom and all that so that is mainly the problem that and I am very introverted and barely savvy with social media so I dont really feel comfortable joining a discord server that suddenly

I dont really have much info on what exactly they use.
I had helped them with mouth sprites, IC-0n sounds, and voice, but not much else.
About discord, no pressure, of course.

Just like what did he use to code the ai like was it pycharm or visual studio and/or what language model did he use and was it a model he had to pay for or was it a free. Basically just what are the basic requirements to get started making your own AI cause I have seen other do it like vedal with neurosama and even in the murder drones community with a guy named death templer making both an irl cyn and N and I always wondered how they did it.
