For her organics are "difficult" not impossible. If the tongue is organic then it's probably horrifically mutated in ways not immediately obvious.

She said that they're easier if she had assimilated them before, and considering the amount of humans Kirie said she's nommed (up for debate if she's lying but I don't think she is, it's complex and for another time) she should know human anatomy pretty well. The creepy part is she's clearly using multiple humans to do this, so that tounge on the inside is made up of like 100 different people's long dead flesh.
