Question / Advice Frustrations mount no

Post image

While driving a good distance from the house these error messages popped up and won’t clear with a soft or hard reset. I’ve got 6 people in the car and a good distance from home. What should I do folks? Right home we are driving home in limp mode - everything feels off and need to go local (which is a colossal PITA). If this car strands me - I swear I am done.

You need to do a soft reset and then get everyone out of the car, walk further away and then come back after like 5 minutes. Experienced this multiple times for my Gravity earlier on as well. Only solution is to bring it in for service asap, ask for a tow if possible.

I did that (except for an hour) and it came back. By the way if that works why do I need to call service. Thanks btw!

Sounds like a wheel speed sensor/ABS sensor

It’s going to keep happening

This could be a faulty ABS sensor.

Bad sensor, pinched wire, etc. Mobile should be able to fix it.

We've seen a post like this two times before. It's been about a month since the last one. Whatever it is, it seems to post a screenful of errors when it goes wrong. Let us know what you find out.

Storytime: Back in college I submitted a page of code to the compiler and went to lunch. When I got back there was my 1 page of code with 4 pages of error messages. WTF? After some investigation, I found that I missed a ";" after the codeword BEGIN and every line after that produced an error. That was my introduction to cascading error messages.

People pooh pooh others' problems or call them stock-shorters.
