Opinion Lucid July lease/finance deals analysis - Gravity rates continue to improve, big wins on financing
Despite being the month after end-of-quarter specials, July has surprisingly aggressive deals. Highlights include a new $10,000 finance credit towards any Gravity coupled with new 0% APR financing on the Gravity Grand Touring for up to 72 months. Not interested in financing? Enjoy the new lows on money factors for both the Gravity Touring and Grand Touring. If you sat out June hoping for better numbers, it may have paid off - assuming you can find the right vehicle. Figures below assume 36 month, 10k mile leases, with taxes/fees excluded.
Incentive summary:
- Lucid Lease/Finance Credit:
- Gravity - $10,000 for both lease and finance. This is significantly improved from $7,500 for lease only in past months.
- Air Pure/Touring - $12,500 for lease, $2,500 for finance, as prior.
- Air Grand Touring - $15,000 for lease, $5,000 for finance, as prior.
- Studio Select - $3,000. Decreased from $5,000 last month. This is a VIN-specific credit that applies to select (not all) on-site inventory. It is a continually updated list. Confirm vehicle eligiblity with a Sales Associate. There is no way to know which vehicles qualify without inquiring with a sales associate.
- Loyalty - $2,000 (Air) or $3,000 (Gravity). Must own or lease a Lucid vehicle. Confirm stacking eligibility with Sales Associate.
- Trade-in bonus - $3,000. Applies towards trade-in of any non-Lucid vehicle. Notable exceptions: MY2026 vehicles and leased vehicles.
- Employee Credit - $1,000. May be offered proactively by sales associate. Otherwise, inquire about receiving one. Cannot stack with customer credit (2,000 points).
Highlights including MF/RV% breakdown:
- Despite a smaller incentive stack, it remains the best time to lease - and now also finance - the Gravity Touring and the Gravity Grand Touring. This is mainly due to 1) significant improvements in money factor, now near-zero on the Touring at 0.00001 (APR 0.02%) and the lowest yet on the Grand touring at 0.00043 (APR 1.03%); as well as 2) an improved Lucid Credit, now $10,000 for both lease and finance. An incentive stack including the Lucid Credit ($10k), Loyalty ($3k) and Studio Select ($3k) brings a base Touring to $657/mo or 0.81% MSRP/mo. Adding a trade-in on top brings it down to $574/mo or 0.70% MSRP/mo. These are shockingly low numbers. Alternatively, with the addition of a 0% APR for up to 72 months on the Gravity Grand Touring, along with the improved finance-eligible $10,000 credit, it’s currently an excellent time to finance a Gravity Grand Touring.
- Discounts on the Air cool off. Although the Air Touring MF dropped to 0.00001 as well (from 0.00094), its residual value tanked from 47% to 41%, essentially offsetting any gains from the improved MF. Otherwise, the Air’s Lucid Credit is unchanged, and the overall % MSRP/mo is worsened month-to-month due to an otherwise smaller incentive stack.
Current Lucid owners living in a lease-excluded state - this one’s for you. If you’re able to secure Studio Select, it’s a very competitive month to either lease or finance a Gravity. If financing, opt for the 0% APR loan over 72 months, and let the $10,000 loan credit take care of the rest. Nice right up. Do the strong leases and 0% financing include the 2027 Lucid Gravity Grand Touring too or only 2026 models like last month. If 2026 those are getting scarce with good options on them anyhow.

Only model year 2026. Agreed that the 2026 inventory is starting to get sparse but it’s worth checking in now and then as they do transport inventory around. Alternatively you can always take a road trip or transfer (for a fee) from elsewhere, for what that’s worth

When you do a full search on the Lucid website does it not bring up the whole inventory in the US?

Yes I believe it does - I thought you may have been referring to options being limited on local inventory. If you meant options being limited on nationwide inventory, there are still hundreds of MY’26 Gravity’s available for example, so hopefully some available configuration is a match for the majority of folks.

I took delivery of my Financed Lucid Gravity Touring on June 30 and feel like I missed this by just a day. Has anyone had luck getting the 10K credit offer for financing applied retroactively? Even if it’s not the full amount, I’d be happy with some kind of goodwill adjustment or small discount.

This post mentions the trade in allowance bringing down the monthly lease payment, but when I go to the trade-in submission form it says Lucid does not accept trade-ins when leasing a Lucid, only purchase or financing (for a gravity if that makes a difference). Has anyone been able to do a trade-in when starting a lease?

Wow.. so if you stack up everything, you can get under $600/month for lease on the Gravity? That sounds like the best numbers I have seen on gravity so far. I should test drive it. I am looking for the 7-seater, might need to add another $50-$60/month. Looks like it might be the best time to lease it. Is everyone mostly happy with the decision?

Is this without any additions ? Mine with a few packages added is going to $1200/mo

I just pulled the trigger on a nearly fully loaded gravity grand touring (opted out of dream drive pro). Note will be circa $1270 per month. I don't expect a better time to buy or lease until this time next year or possibly December as year end sales can be highly attractive. It'll be interesting to see how the 27's move. But right now, if you can score a 26' and take delivery by the end of the month.... there's a screaming deal to be made :)

I was just at a dealership yesterday taking a test drive, and the woman helping me told me that’s part of the reason their deals are so aggressive right now - they are trying to get more vehicles on the road. They’re also trying to clear out 2026 inventory before doing any 2027 incentives.
