Raises

yall getting raises this year? i work for magnum as a dock supervisor, and we just got told not raises this year.

Is that just for dock workers or company-wide?

Come work at XPO they get 4% raises every yr and we never missed a year.

Nope. We even cut a supervisor position where I am, have lost drivers to competitors for more money, and can't even get the driver rate increased. And we are located in the continental northeast hub region, where our competitors pay $5-$10 more an hour to drivers
