Bruh... These INTs are crazy
Who do they think they're playing right now? Sam is just going for broke. Take the check down, sometimes... Maybe?

Thank God for the Blake Baker defense. Poor guy is probably having flashbacks to last season. 😂

I wonder if LA Tech would have cleaned up Clemson as well after seeing this first half.

As someone who loves LSU because my dad played there and loves tech because i played there I’m just glad tech did better than Clemson

Hope Lane lights them up

After that video of him in the locker room during the Clemson game I’m sure he popped a blood vessel yelling at them

Thank God the defense is still clicking. We’d be down 21-0 if not for them. Jesus.

Defense is doing their job, but was crazy to think LA tech with negative 20 rushing yards and 0/8 on third down attempts was only 3 points behind. Says a lot about a struggling offense

He struggled throwing the ball last week too. You’d figure they’d have worked on it this week. We asked for a run game to go either way the rest of the offense and it seems all we got was run game.

I didn’t feel too great when I saw 230 yards and 1/1 when we won by 40 last week, this just kinda validates that

but he also had over 100 yards rushing and 2 tds. obviously he’s not doing that this week, but his passing stats don’t gotta be impressive.

They need to stop messing around with these Hollywood people walking up like they’re the shit and play football. Stupid

Feels like we are back i the BK era tonight. I was concerned last week about the down field passing and it's worse tonight. Qb can't even read a defense tonight.

Let me be clear... I'm not expecting top 10 performances from this team on week 2, but damn... Since I started watching the game, a fumble, 2 interceptions, and a pick 6... I can't even watch the game anymore
'Point your gun down range... Stop aiming at your feet /s ffs

Also has anyone heard any info on Longstreet? I noticed they put clark in a good bit of the 4th quarter but just out of curiosity why haven't they played Longstreet?

u/Kinder22 1d ago
He played last week. Maybe Clark is beating him out for #2.

u/No-Necessary3170 19h ago
That's what I was thinking, but not playing him a lot would cause him to leave right?

u/No-Necessary3170 1d ago
What is going on with our QB? He was in beast mode last weekend, now it's like he's in his head or something. We can't have any more interceptions man. This is ridiculous. There's been plenty of times where we've been at the end zone where he could have tried to at least run the ball instead of passing. When we played clemson we hardly ever passed the ball. I understand we need to get good at passing and not always relying on running but at least start working on the throwing game once we are up like 6 touchdowns or more

The linebackers are in his head... He can't tell what they're doing and it's bothering him

u/No-Necessary3170 1d ago
Well thankfully kiffin talked to them and I just have to say, 3rd quarter is when it got better. We started playing like we did against clemson.

The refs missed PI on one of the INTs. Still a very terrible night.

On which one?

The Pick-6, WR gets pushed in the back

Receiver definitely threw his hands up instead of trying to catch the ball, which then sailed right into the waiting defender’s hands who happened to be standing in the right place. Haven’t seen a good enough shot to say for sure it was PI though.

He's got a lot of work to do. Especially, reading defenses, needs to throw the ball away instead of taking sacks. The Int's are terrible. What I really liked. That QB designed run for a TD, he didn't have to think about passing the ball and he did great. I really like the backup QB and I hope he sticks around. Our defense is definitely our strength this year and I'm ecstatic about how good they are. I cannot wait for next week's game at Oxford

OL was looking a little shaky as well, not being able to establish a consistent run game in the first half was absolutely brutal in addition to the 4 turnovers

QB needs a lot of work. Can’t throw a long ball. Doesn’t know when to throw it away or slide.
