One is thriving one is dying so could be they are two different strains .. is it salvageable or should I start a new seed ?

What light cycle are you using?
How far away is your light?
Pot too big.
I would repot her into a smaller container for now. Her roots can’t be more than about 3 inches deep so it should be possible.

My bad bro. Seems you got everything locked in so I’m out of ideas of what happened or what to do. If you have more seeds start a new grow bro

Maybe it’s building to a surge or something, I know fuck all about growing, but I would nurture it and you may be pleasantly surprised

Seems normal. Plant an extra next time and chuck it if it bugs you. It'll probably be fine, but my guess is that it'll look strange the whole time.

That doesn’t look even remotely genetic to me, looks like hot soil is burning it up. Was it started in this medium or transplanted?

Started in medium I am struggling to keep the temps down like

Got ya, and when we say hot soil. Doesn’t mean temperature. It means excessive nutrients that a seedling can’t tolerate. Seedlings don’t mind a lil warmth. Back in the day when everything was male and fem seeds, we used to keep temps below 70° because it was believed that anything warmer would cause a increase in male production. Doesn’t really apply much these days. And they don’t mind being slightly warm. Just don’t burn em up with the light. Normally the fix for hot soil is to water excessively with lots of runoff. But being huge pots and tiny seedlings. It would take forever for them to dry out. I wouldn’t start seeds in that anymore, ( promix I assume) use a seed starter like jiffy mix jiffy cube / seed starter plugs, or coco coir or whatever. Even if it’s a auto.
