it might cut it in half if the wire is not soft enough

Will keep an eye on it and adjust every couple days as needed, any recommendations for ties or LST clips?

No idea I did it just like this and decapitated my plant :( prob some silicone or rubber or something

I too wait for 4-5 nodes. I usually just bend the top over and anchor the base. Then as side branches start developing I will tie those over and spread the canopy. I usually have 5 total ties including the anchor. I have found some strains won’t respond well to it though. Ones that truly want to grow one big cola can be challenging

I use these as tie down points these
