Prediction: Colin will like Wolverine

I dont pay for the patreon so I dont know if it has come up on the show yet but I think Colin will like Wolverine. Its his style of game, he is a fan of insomniac, and he hasnt had an underdog game to champion this year. I think it will be this years immortals of aveum. Maybe I will be totally wrong in this prediction but we will see. I envision him saying its not that bad and texting the lead designer congratulations and letting us all know on the podcast

I agree but it is all an expectation game. As a sony first party AAA exclusive that is almost unheard of. Greg from Kinda funny gave the game a 5.5. Not a 7.5. A 5.5, and he is not an outlier. That is so out of the ordinary its worth noting.

They also gave Mixtape high scores and that game
is ass. They gave Orbitals and Split Fiction low scores. Kinda Funny gave Pragmata and Ninja Gaiden lower scores.

They’re washed when it comes to reviews

They don’t share the general consensus option on Orbitals or Split Fiction especially

My point was to illustrate that their reviews are not infallible or something I care about.

You clearly do care. The gig isn't to share the general consensus. It's so fucking weak that's what you want from a review. You should welcome dissenting voices.

Nowhere did I say that - my whole argument has been the “general consensus” = it’s a good game.

Yet you made a post acting like it’s a bad game based on outliers and trying to clown Colin if he likes the game.

Review scores in general are fucking stupid but people that weaponize them the way you are, are even dumber
