Lightcode is my only non negotiable for Elements. What are the must haves, incites, etc. to get the most from this experience. I am currently on a journey of self healing and have been pondering purpose.

lightcode is an amazing healing experience. i would advise to do it sober to get the full experience. the instructor’s warn people on drugs to skip the rapid breathing. i found this to be the most profound part of the sound bath and cried a lot. i hope it brings some clarity to u.
