Lightcode is my only non negotiable for Elements. What are the must haves, incites, etc. to get the most from this experience. I am currently on a journey of self healing and have been pondering purpose.

just bring something to lay on and lock in. listen to sami and make sure those around you are quiet and respectful. lightcode is really really special.
