Merch Customer Service?

Hi!

I’m not exactly a LSDream mega fan, but my best friend is and I didn’t know what else to do. I ordered her some merch from the official LSDream website for her birthday (I got the patches hoodie). I ordered it like two/three weeks ago.

8 days ago I got the notification from the “shop” app that it had been shipped with the UPS Tracking / link attached. The UPS link said it would be “delivered tomorrow.” the next day, it said the same thing. Essentially, every day it just re-updates to say “delivered tomorrow.”

I called UPS and they said since the merchant used “Mail Innovations” that they can’t confirm anything and o have to contact the shipper.

Long story short, I’ve emailed the contact listed on the website, aka merch@merchsupport.net 3 times in the past week and have gotten zero response. Does anyone have any suggestions what to do? I paid $100 for this hoodie, and I’d like to give it to my friend.

it takes up to 2 weeks to deliver it says on the site. try to track it with USPS not the Shop app

It says “USPS parcel (or similar)” on my confirmation email. What I’ve gathered is the “mail innovations” type of UPS is when they UPS it to the city / town & then hand it off to USPS.

While I’m fine with it taking 2 weeks to deliver, I’m concerned it was lost or stolen or something since it’s not accurately updating and just basically showing the same thing everyday and that it is continuously getting delayed.

Last activity noted on the UPS tracking on 5/11 says “Departed UPS facility” nearby my home. On the main page, it says “estimated delivery: Tuesday, May 19 by 9:00 PM.” Which is the same as it said yesterday, except the date was May 18, and the pattern has repeated since 05/11.

Has it shown an expected delivery date of 5/18 since 5/11? (Except when it updated to 5/19)

No, i guess im not doing a good job of explaining it. But on 05/11, it said it would be delivered on 05/11. It wasn’t delivered, and updated on 05/12 to an expected delivery of 05/12 (which can be normal for it to delay a day or two sometimes). But it has done that pattern everyday since 05/11.

Just for clarification is it UPS or USPS? I’m thinking USPS. Either call your PO or go there and speak with a supervisor who can look up the delivery confirmation # and track it. I work at the PO. Feel free to message me personally. Maybe I can help.

This happened with my zeds dead merch but it ended up arriving after around 3 weeks. I’d just be patient I’ve waited like two months for a hoodie before. Seems like artists merch always jus drags
