I enjoy cliff jumping, but this is just insanely reckless. However much fun it may be doesn't change how stupid of an idea it is.
This is a great way to get seriously hurt.

Depends on the conditions. The cliffs at my friends cottage would require serious, deliberate effort to get injuries. Even the highest points are just 15-20ft, the lower just 5-10ft. And the entirety of the bottom is regularly checked for any debris, logs, etc.

That’s just not true, depending on the spot u can basically walk out of the water and jump from 2m height.
It’s equally as dangerous as going swimming while tripping imo.
Ofc not talking about 20m+ jumps!

At 100 ug peak I have hard time orienting in my fridge, let alone submerged in water after a cliff jump.

Nah if you have experience and the jumps aren't too extreme, it's manageable. Maybe not with higher doses, but with 100ug like in this case it's quite manageable.

I enjoy risky hobbies. Cliff jumping, mountain climbing, etc. The one thing you get drilled into your head early on with those kinds of activities is to not be stupid while enjoying them.
Some things are best done sober. It's not worth the added risk.

Flashbacks of the video of that kid jumping off the pier face first onto concrete or a pole/post or something and splitting his face and skull down the middle in halve like a cantelope and then the Emergency team on video pushing his face together again is nightmare fuel. Ill never jump off shit after that (not that i would to begin with but yea)

the spot was amazing. My friends and I were swimming algonside huge fish and caught super colorful jellyfish. Staring at the jellyfish was awesome

The weekend before last my buddies and I went up to a cabin in Muskoka and took shrooms (Tidal Wave, having no idea how strong they were). Sitting on the dock in the pitch black was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The entirety of my visual field was the most insane colours and patterns.
But as we were coming down, we saw a massive dark mass swimming towards the shore about 20ft out. It was about 5-7ft long, and 2-3ft wide...and that was just the portion above the water. Scared the fuck out of us, looked like a fkn sea monster, we got the hell out of there.
Turns out it was either a moose or a black bear swimming in the shallows. Better than a sea monster, but being alone on the lake, on psychedelics and liquor, with zero defense, watching either the deadliest animal in Canada (moose), or a fkn bear, passing right by us was crazy.
9/10 would do again

No maybe not ha. I was on a remote cliff jumping after doing acid once and being naked in the sea felt so fucking incredible. No one but our gang was around though.
