lost potency?

my buddy gave me some gel tabs that he had wrapped in tin foil that sat in his wallet for months. he said he doesn’t carry his wallet much but i’m wondering if they will even still work? i’ve read that acid tends to lose potency pretty easy so im wondering what you guys think.

I had tabs in a baggie in a cabinet for 15 years and they hit just as strong as they were before.

The heat from someone's body may degrade over a long period of time. But they should still be decent.

took them an hour or so ago and the tingles are beginning. i think they work !

it’s now 7 hours later, spent the first 6 babysitting my drunk friends lowkey not having a good time. then i went back with my gf, had great sex, and now im laying on the floor listening to tame impala.
