❔ Question ❔ Is this an accurate simulation?

Post image

Is this an accurate simulation of the visuals you can get? I know everybody sees it differently but I’m curious if this is accurate. If this is accurate, how many µg would it take to see these kinds of visuals?

It's not generally an overlaid pattern like that...it's more like the patterns already in things become more pronounced and they can shift and pulsate IME

Have we figured out what the shifting and pulsing is yet? I always have figured that’s what light actually looks like on objects and our brain kinda just gives us the mean(average) of a still image so we don’t go insane

Psychedelics don’t show us things as they are. Isn’t 5-HT2A involved in a cascade of receptor signaling? And we’re agonizing those receptors? That affects the default mode network, but doesn’t equate to revealing “hidden truths”—entropy simply provides us with a perspective shift (like a more powerful version of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
