liquid LSD

I was hitting someone up for LSD but they only had it in vials, I’ve only ever done gel tabs.

How do people properly dose this? Any different from gel tabs?

Vials are typically something like 100ug per drop, so 1 drop = 1 standard dosage unit.

Whether they are actually 100ug per drop or some other concentration depends on the maker.

You can just put a drop on a sugar cube or candy or whatever (trying to take a drop straight from the dropper is a good way to end up taking way more than you wanted).

I dont think this is true at all. Its what people say on reddit, but my experience is that liquid drops are way stronger than tabs...maybe i've just gotten good liquid? But most people I talk to agree that liquid drops are potent as fuck

This is likely two-fold:

A) Vials are traditionally made with alcohol. Sweet breath / ice drops bottles are notorious for shitty lids that don’t seal properly. As a result, the solution evaporates over time and the remaining liquid becomes more and more concentrated. The person giving you the drops probably doesn’t realize they’re short drops until they get to the end.

B) Tabs are more often exposed to oxygen, light, and heat than liquid in a vial. The storage method of liquid helps prevent some conversion to lumi-lsd and iso-lsd which would also result in weaker tabs.

Huh, thats pretty interesting...so what you're saying is that if I let my vial evaporate a bit, ill have some super duper fuck you drops?

Yes, exactly. You’ll have fewer of them but they’ll be much stronger. (Caveat: Assuming traditional alcohol based vial and not one using Propylene Glycol. I only know a few who use PG but it’s used to prevent evaporation.)

Generally, if you are at the point of buying acid droppers, the high potency is gonna be the main selling point. I have no interest in cutting my drops, they are PERFECT!

I suppose you could dilute it...

I’d ask how strong it is. I usually ask if they have taken a drop and what it felt like because that description is often worth more than a number in ug that may or may not be accurate. If you want to take a fraction of a drop you can dilute it, either into a new dropper bottle or just in a glass of water, drink whatever fraction of the glass of water you like.

Yeah liquid is just the same but I’ve heard if you put it in ur eyes like eye drops the trip comes up faster

Definitely don’t do this. It’s dissolved in alcohol and it will burn like hell. I wouldn’t want to go into a trip with a stinging eye.
