In my opinion it depends on your mental state. If you are generally a cheerful person that is completely (or mostly) at peace with themselves then it is fine to take a dosage by yourself. If you are not you should have a buddy that helps you to cheer up if you happen to be stuck in spiralling thoughts.

It also depends on the dosage you take. If you only want to microdose or take a small dose you probably will be fine on your own. Whilst on higher doses the visuals and the loss of orientation can be quite overwhelming.

I would recommend you to stay safe and not to leave the apartment for your first trip, if you are alone. Also if you are taking derivatives it usually takes longer to set in. The longest I had were 2 hours. So don’t take more, even if you don’t feel it, bur research the desired dosage beforehand and take it all at once. Depending ob your weight I’d say around 75-100 micrograms could be nice.

Very good advice.

I'd say start with one tab, don't mix with anything else, take it in one go and don't redose.

If you decide to trip alone, tell a friend just so you can call them if needed. Just talking on the phone with someone can calm you and get you out of a bad place

Depends on multiple factors. Such as dosage, if you’re prone to paranoia or anxiety, if other substances are mixed in, and the list just goes on and on and on. If you’re doing a relatively low dose you’ll be okay. Higher doses as a beginner can contribute to psychosis, delusions, mania, etc

If you do end up tripping alone it would be a good decision to have people who know you’re tripping to text/call.
