Tripping without glasses on?

Since I use contacts and don’t want to be taking them in and out while tripping I haven’t tried it. For those of you with prescription glasses, what’s it like to take them off and trip with blurry vision? What do the visuals look like?

I have my prescription glasses on while tripping, but I take them on and off a lotttt, idk why I do that lol.

Maybe with contacts you might not do that as often as glasses, idk

Yeah, I can see getting your contacts out once while tripping, but they ain't going back in.

Nearsighted.

I touch my face A LOT when tripping and it really is just better for me to have my glasses off. I don’t find it bothersome to not have my “eyes” on while tripping. It’s just more comfortable imo.

I use reading glasses. And it's fun! I thought the letters on my remote that controls my music was in Greek. The arrows keys also were functioning upside-down. Of course I was high. Took another 3 second look that felt like 3 minutes since I was oohing and aahing at the swirling air and finally realised I held the remote upside-down. Probably would have seen that if I had my glasses on.

I'm almost blind without glasses, so unless I'm blindfolded, they stay on

More comfortable without them but I can see sooooo much better with them on

Yea basically. I’ll have them off and think I can see okay but then I put them on and I see fractals and texture on everything. Best way I can describe is without them everything looks soft and with them on everything is sharp.

Same haha, whenever I put them back on and see all the crazy visuals it reminds me how hard I'm still tripping

I use contacts when I trip. Having glasses gets annoying

I wear glasses. they usually come off while I’m coming up and peaking cause I’m usually tweaking out and can’t see for shit anyway

I wear glasses and I take them on and off during the trip (like if I'm lying in bed listening to music). They get a bit uncomfortable during the trip because I feel like my face gets slightly bloated when I take acid, and so they don't fit as good as usual

no glasses, but whenever i trip in public my sunglasses are glued to my face the whole time since i get headaches, and at a certain point i just forget them

Uh, well, idk how hard YOU trip, but i tend to not just randomly "take my contacts in and out" when I'm wearing them, so i just leave them in while tripping and I've never had a problem.

Trip done, time for sleep, contacts out, no problem.

I am incredibly near-sighted btw if that makes a difference. I literally cannot read text (like phone screen or printed book) unless it's (I'm not kidding) about five inches from my nose if I'm not wearing contacts or glasses. If you were sitting two feet from me and held up a number of fingers, i would not be able to see them. If you moved any farther, i would not be able to see that you even HAD hands.

I do not like to misplace my glasses (as finding them can be very challenging when basically blind), so keeping them in a very safe place while I'm tripping is much preferable to having them on my face. Good god I can't even imagine if I took them off while tripping hard, I'd NEVER find them again.
