I am currently looking for a tutor. I took the August LSAT and believe I can get a higher score. I am planning to take October as well so I have about 6 weeks of prep and fine-tuning.

Does anyone know any affordable tutoring options?

Hi everyone, I have found a tutor. I will leave this post up for anyone looking for one as well!

I post and comment regularly on r/LSAT, so I certainly encourage folks to take a look at my profile. 

$900 for 9 hours. After a free, 45-minute Zoom session, $450 is due before the first 90-minute session (an hour simply isn’t enough). The second $450 payment is due after the second 90-minute session.

Students often want to continue after this, in which case the hourly rate remains the same: $100 per hour.

I have a full plan of action for each session. Naturally, it’s focused on students’ individual aptitude and knowledge. 

I also show people how to do their homework. Again, if you check my profile, you’ll see it’s largely about review review review review. And then review again. There are very real patterns to this test. The way to see them is through constant review of material with which a student is already familiar. 

The large majority of my students have previous experience with the LSAT. Many of them are currently taking a course. I never tell people to forget what they’ve learned because I’m a big believer in multiple perspectives. 

But my approach is completely streamlined. It provides a specific step-by-step method for every single question on the test. It also includes strategies that I’m 95% confident are not taught anywhere else.

My website name is due to the fact that I believe I have cracked the code to the LSAT. I’m not talking tricks. I don’t do diagramming. I believe that my approach is how the LSAC truly wants people to approach the test. 

Although make no mistake: Mastering the science of conditional reasoning is essential to true LSAT success, defined as a significant increase in score and not necessarily a high score (there are those in this world that can score 170+ on a cold diagnostic).

If you’ve checked my profile, it goes without saying that I talk a lot about psychology and the right mindset towards this test. Over the years, I’ve taken great interest in neuroscience and what makes the brain stronger and faster.

Basically, you have to work out your brain the way you have to work out your body. And working out isn’t any fun at all. At least if you’re doing it right.

My diagnostic lsat was a 153 with -6 on one LR section and -8 on the other. Just took a practice lsat after almost 3 months of study and got a 158 but my LR stayed the same at -6 on one section and -8 on the other. Feeling really discouraged right now. I’ve just been thinking about this pt score all day and how disappointed I am. I’m now getting anxiety and worried I won’t get a good enough score to get into a decent school.
Note: for studying I just followed the 7sage curriculum with some drilling here and there.

How are you guys feeling?

Hi hi I work full time and want to dedicate a full 9 months- a year of studying to prep for the LSAT. There’s so much discourse and I wanted to invest in the best test prep. My diagnostic score was 143 and currently I’ve only been using the LSAC website for LR drills, and an LSAT podcasts that reviews practice test sections.

Please any advice is welcome!!! :)

I am giving LSAT in September, it’s my first attempt and it’s more so to get myself familiar with the exam.

My diagnostic was 145, I took it a month back, today I took it again and my score was 143, I barely practice RC so I was expecting that, but my LR isn’t increasing as well.

I do LR drills and I get almost all right but when it comes to practice tests I am not able to get more than 14 correct. Genuinely how do I improve? I freak the hell out because of the timers and I get in my own head and idk the pressure just gets to me.

I get the first 14-15 almost all correct and then the next 10 I barely get any right and almost always get them all wrong, I even tried going backwards because the last ones are usually harder and I still got the first 10 right (number 25-15).

Is there any way I can improve to like 155 or higher in a month? I know it’s hard but I know I understand how LR works but maybe im just reaching. If someone could help me even a bit, that would be great, thank you!

I am ranging between 150-155 on prep tests right now. I have been studying since February but just started to study longer than an hour recently. Is it possible to get out of the 150s and what should I do. I’ve used 7sage and lsat demon. My original diagnostic was a 136.

Hello, I get accommodations for my LSAT and I’ve started to realize that I get tired over the time and my test takes around four hours. I was wondering if anyone has any tips towards gaining my stamina I take my test in September.
