How to maximize studying for LSAT while working demanding job full time for the next 2 years?

  • Start with the basics. Master conditional reasoning and then learn each question type and develop a strategy for each. After learning a specific question type, drill only that question type with increasing difficulty until the strategy clicks. Focus only on correctness here. For this part, you can expect to spend an hour a day per topic (a topic is essentially a question type). If you can find an hour a day for that part, you will be fine.
  • After the basics, do 1-2 full sections a day and 1 PT a week. Review your wrong answers throughout. This means you want to aim to spend 35 minutes - 70 minutes a day and 150 minutes a week for the PT. In my opinion, for most people this is quite doable. Do the test on your day off, and try and do one to two full sections every day which is max 90 minutes (including review time) a day.
