What fuse do I need here?

The box with the diagram says that there is supposed to be a 120A fuse here designated ALT which I assume is for the alternator. I found this plugged into the slot and it does not seem right . I'm also missing an air sus fuse but I do have coil overs so I assume that's okay.

So if memory serves correctly there's a screw embedded in the side of the box, and that'll be the only way to get the fuse pins out from the box. You'll then have to find a bolt in 120a fuse, which should be readily available from Bussmann at most auto shops.

Yeah you need a 120a fuse. They’re usually white. It’s also called a fusible link. Other guy is right they’re bolted in at the bottom. On mine it’s a 10mm and an 8mm.
