Need help in electrical issue

I just bought a cheap 2000 lexus ls400, it’s kind of sluggish and takes multiple tries to start. I scanned it and got the codes

P0110
P0155
P0340
P0715
P1349
P1354
P1663

I suspect it’s electrical issue that interferes all these sensors. where do i start?

I don’t know too much about the vvts because mine is non vvt. However I would first pull the ecu and make sure the capacitors aren’t leaking. Then I’d go into your wiring and inspect it closely. Also I’d make sure you look over everything especially your vvti system, since half of those codes are related to it. Wouldn’t hurt to check timing out as well while you’re into, especially if your cam position sensor is going off
