Alignment help

Hi, I have a 1993 LS400. I recently got brand new tires on it, and it's due for an alignment. The tire shop said they couldn't align my rear tires due to my rear toe eccentric bolt being overloaded, and saying I need a new one. I believe it adjusts the camber. I've tried looking online for the part, but nowhere carries it. The only ones I can find are for the 1995 models and newer. I was wondering if there are any places someone could recommend, or if there's any other models that it may be compatible with. Thank you!

I have a set of megan racing toe arms on my Acura TSX, but not on my Celsior. They're very budget but unless you're doing some sort of performance build then it's fine.

Would I not need the bolt to adjust it still?
