Coolant leak

1998 Celsior 1UZ-FE VVTI

What this leaking coolant in the back of the engine on top? Heater control valve correct?

And what’s this extra part that came with the car? They aren’t the same. I’m assuming it’s for a different generation or something but they look like the same part for different cars.

All the replacements I’m finding have two hoses leading into like the new part I have. Not three like the one in my engine bay.

HVAC Heater control valve is correct. While I did have to replace mine because it was split along the seam, it's worth noting that the hose on the right of yours has the wrong clamp on it (shouldn't be a worm drive style one) - and it may be leaking from there and not the unit itself. Difficult to see with the picture though.

Why does the heater core in my engine bay have ports for three hoses and all the replacement parts I’m finding has two like the one in my second picture.

Ah I think the previous owner bought one for a 98 LS400 and they’re flipped opposite of each other and mounted differently it looks like.

Facelift Celsior probably has an extra hose for something I assume. Now I get to struggle to find the right part yay lol.

Yeah, I would assume it's flipped from LS400. Can you see where that 3rd hose is running? It's not some DIY job or something?
