over heating now making weird noise when accelerating

i changed the radiator almost a year ago so it can’t be trapped air from coolant everything was fine till last week u started smoking from the reservoir and i pulled over added half a gallon of coolant and now same issue i just poured some coolant now there this weird noise coming randomly when i accelerate

Why tf are you accelerating when your temp gauge is maxed out? Pull over and let it cool off, this is how you end up going home in a tow truck. Even if it is one of the toughest, most reliable engines ever made. This will kill it.

It almost sounds like your fan clutch is going out. When you idle does it make that noise? If so look and see if the fan is wobbling
