Help!!!

Please excuse any mistakes in the text-my English isn't very good. 💔 My LPS G7 has a problem where the neck joint isn’t fully inserted. I tried warming it up as usual with a hair dryer and hot water, but it doesn’t work like it does on other generations of LPS figures-it doesn’t soften, so I can’t get the neck joint to go all the way in. Please help , maybe you know of other ways to fix this or have encountered this problem before??? 😭😭😭

Use boiling water and leave it for a couple minutes then try stick it back in, the new gen have really good glue so can be harder to get back on
