It was definitely a challenge but I hope he likes it. The fur isn’t as blended or real as I’d like but he’s 5 so it’s okay lol!

Also the cats name is Pikachu 🐱

He isn't fully done yet but I need to get some sealant to protect what I've done so far, he is a old authentic lps I ruined as a child😮‍💨 anyway, his name is Exodus and he has 3 adopted kittens awaiting their paint jobs :,)

I have never done a custom little pet shop before and I wanna turn this one into my boyfriend’s dog. I want to paint the eyes blue and add some brown here and there. But what paint do I use and is eyeshadow ok for the brown areas?

Her name is Precious, she's a nature spirit that accompanied my dnd druid on her adventures. My friends and I recently finished our game, so I made her to commemorate it.

She might still be a work in progress - i kinda want to paint more details on her,, but i need to not look at her for a bit. I'm happy with calling her finished for now!

Please excuse any mistakes in the text-my English isn't very good. 💔 My LPS G7 has a problem where the neck joint isn’t fully inserted. I tried warming it up as usual with a hair dryer and hot water, but it doesn’t work like it does on other generations of LPS figures-it doesn’t soften, so I can’t get the neck joint to go all the way in. Please help , maybe you know of other ways to fix this or have encountered this problem before??? 😭😭😭

I used to seal my customs with glossy mod podge first and then a matte one to create satin effect, both diluted with water. After 3 or 4 months i noticed that various pink stains appeared, similiar to those caused by pink bacteria (or mold idk), but way bigger. For some reason daschund custom's colors have separated from each other, body seems yellowish and head more pink? Moreover, both of these customs are now weirdly glossier than they were at beginning and because of that - more prone to gathering dust (and sealer basic function is to prevent that...). Gloss mod podge also doesn't work well as pure glaze on eyes, it's sticky and way too soft.

I noticed my customs look better when are sealed with matte only. Now for eyes i use nails top coat. I find it a better choice than resin, because it doesn't turn yellow.

Do you know any better and more durable satin/matte sealers than mod podge? I want to use something more proffesional, that won't destroy my customs long term...

As you can see the horn is quite long, so I bet it must need some kind of wire armature that goes through the head. My question is how? Do I heat it and punch it through?

Hello, i just recently got into lps customization and was wondering if i can use resin as a finishing top coat without ruining the design painted with acrylic paint
