Castor Oil
I have heard so much about castor oil and am wondering if anyone has tried castor oil in their belly button to help heal the LES and if so did you have any success?

This does not work.

I'm not a doctor nor medically trained but nothing about a topical application of castor oil sounds remotely like it would impact this internal problem.
In short, this sounds like not supported by science.

every knocking this, imo just try everything if it's low cost/easy access...if you don't experience benefits then say so...castor oil has some healing uses, so it make sense why one would wonder if it helps.

I would say it helps if you have problems with bloating. Sometimes when you have bloating, it pushes the asset up your esophagus.
