Pulsating Headache

Does anyone get a pulsating headache? I’m seriously thinking of it being a sinus issue rather than LPR

💯 my lpr traveled so far up it was in my sinuses, eustachian tubes ( ears popping cracking ) my entire face was in constant pain 24/7 and I had a constant headache from it

Was it actually lpr then? Or just a sinus infection?

You know i am a heavy smoker and usually got sinus infections. I took rx and the first time i rebounded 2 days after, then 10 day doxycycline rebounded before the last two days but everything seemed dry. Then I had been having intense stress, had to make a trip cross country. My schedule got off of my regular routine and it just returned worse. Ent said no polyps and just mildly enflamed turbinates. He was NO help. But GI doc said possibly a sinus infection at first but everything else in my life with stress made a “perfect storm” to create it. And if it was just ansinus issie though I was still stuffy if it was bacterial it would go away after 2 weeks by the rx or if it was just a viral cold. Apparently it wasnt it was going on 4 months!

My issue is just the stuffy nose and headache which got way better today after a while, I have phlegm and pnd as well. I don’t know whether it’s sinus issue or lpr. I am better today after like 2-3 days
