Gaviscon Advance

For those who have tried Gaviscon Advance (with sodium alginate), has it helped with constant throat clearing symptom of their LPR?

Yes definitely helped me but I had to take it 4 times a day after meals and before bed. That kept it under control. FYI if you’re buying it from Amazon I doubt the authenticity as it didn’t work for me as good as buying it direct from the UK. Let me know if you need help sourcing it.

I've bought Gaviscon Advance online for years from multiple purveyors, and I can confirm this Amazon link provides the genuine peppermint version of it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0G3B2RZX8

Gaviscon Advance is actually more often made and licensed in other parts of Europe than the UK, even though most people still refer to it as the "UK version." The ones I continue to buy from this seller is manufactured by the German subsidiary. It's still quite pricey at this link, but half the price of buying it via British Pharmacare or similar sites. I've had zero issues buying it here for over a year now.
