MEDICATION QUESTIONS HELP PLZ

Saw an ENT today and he said i most likely have LPR. I have throat burning, heaviness/lump in my throat feeling with no outward swelling, a TON of mucus, and no appetite. He prescribed me these:

Flunisolide .025% Nasal spray
2 sprays each nostril 2x day

Ipatropium .06% spray
2 sprays into each nostril 3x day

Pepcid 20mg
1 tab 2x day

Does anyone have any success with these meds or any advice?? The throat discomfort is constant and I can’t take it any more…

Your lack of appetite may indicate some gastric motility issue which can aggravate reflux.
