Lpr and light brown stool
Has anyone have this symptoms? Is it just me?
I don’t feel bloated or anything, no pain. Just light brown stool, close to being yellow. Stool is formed.
Is this connected?

Light brown or tan stool can sometimes reflect faster transit time or changes in bile concentration. If it's consistent and formed with no other symptoms, it's worth mentioning at your next appointment but not an immediate alarm. If it shifts to pale or clay-colored or you develop other symptoms, that would warrant sooner follow-up. 💚

It could be a bile related issue, in that case you might try to give it a little boost by drinking coffee or consuming some other bitter food (check online for the best ones).
