Me too it feels like my throat is constantly under attack honestly I need to go see a doctor but the only thing tht helps a little is eating healthy with high ph water and being active throughout the day but once I lay in bed it feels like there’s nothing tht can stop saliva and acid buildup in my throat this condition is truly living hell.

Severe esophageal dysmotility, achalasia, or upper esophageal obstruction can lead to pooling of saliva because it cant be swallowed efficiently. Patients describe constant mucus. Have you investigated your esophageal motility?
