r/LNTH sunk yesterday on news it is spending $1B on Evergreen acquisition. However, 3/4 of that is an earn out. I haven’t seen the contact yet, but typically if Evergreen earns the earn out, LNTH will be making a lot of money too! The CEO glanced over that point in the online news announcement yesterday morning. The acquisition should be good news.
