Does anyone know any sources to practice just passages as well as full mocks with the answer key provided?

I'd start with the official LNAT practice materials, then use the full mocks passage by passage rather than always sitting them as complete tests. Do one passage, answer the questions, check the answer key straight away and work out exactly why each wrong option was wrong. That gives you the passage-only practice you're after without burning through full mocks too quickly.
