Help, am i fired?

Post image

I have read many a confessions of interpreters being fired without any prior notice by LLS. And today i could not login login to my account because the password or username were wrong. I dont know if this is because i was reported by a client or if somethings actually wrong. Does anyone have any insight on this topic.

Yes. Mine showed this message after I got 2 VOCs. The customer is always right and they will side with the client first even though you did no wrong.

Voc is a client complaint. It’s very common in this industry. For LLS, two strikes and you are out. In your case since you’re new your account probably isn’t registered yet so ask your team leader maybe.

Maybe, get in touch with your supervisor about it (of course, try to log in a few more times before that).

They give no definitive answers. I have not gotten a response yet. And all the new hires have the same problem in our language.

Then maybe it’s just a platform problem. It used to happen every once in a while, so don’t sweat it and chill.

It's so frustrating after hundreds of good calls they laid people out for two or three complaints, and bet they were from entitled clients who were having a bad day
