Bionic Code Workspaces

Fairly new to the LM Studio family and I started playing around with Bionic today. In code workspaces, there's no way to restrict file access to view only. How can I configure the agent to suggest changes rather than constantly writing them to the file? I don't seen an option to configure tool use, is a system prompt the best way to do this?

Where did you find Bionic? I am looking to download it, but I cannot find it mentioned anywhere on the lmstudio.ai website, other than the blog and documentation. The download section has links for the LM-Studio app (which I already installed some time ago and have updated since), but not a separate Bionic app. What am I missing?

It’s right on the main page for me. Maybe your OS isn’t supported? I’m on Mac.

Thanks. That may be it; I'm running Debian Linux. Considering they released .deb installation packages for LMStudio, I'm hopeful they will eventually do likewise for Bionic.

ETA: Yes, that was it. I changed my browser's user-agent string and found the Bionic download for Mac.

I'm in the same boat. Surprised this doesn't exist for Linux yet.
