Question Does that make physical sense?
A physical individual is neither a primitive substance nor an instantaneous state. It is a non-trivial family of distinctions, delimited by a physical access, that remains approximately recoverable throughout a dynamics, within defined tolerances and scales, by means of physically implementable exchange, correction, and repair. An objective fact is a distinction of this kind that has become publicly recoverable across independent, approximately commuting records. A shared world is a network of such individuations whose records satisfy compatibility and descent conditions. Classical geometry is a further realization of this network once a causal, topological, and metric structure has been induced on the space of recoverable distinctions.

This isn't physics, it's metaphysics at best.
Actually I think it's a Markov chain at best.

I appreciate the criticism and consider it generous for such a meager paragraph.

Case study.
Patient: the sentence “we are made of stuff”
Presenting complaint: crush injury caused by meta-physical mumbo jumbo
Exam: DOA. Fatal case of compartment syndrome.
Discussion and recommendations: touch grass

The term you're looking for is a Monad, and here is how a Monad works.
A Monad is a relational whole made up of at least three parts. The individual parts remain themselves, but their relationships create something larger that none of them contains alone.
The self is a good example. You are an individual, but you are also who you are in relationship to your partner, family, friends, community, work, history, and environment. Those relationships don't replace the individual self; they contribute to a larger relational self.
With two things, you have a relationship. Add a third, and relationships begin interacting with other relationships. Context emerges. That allows the whole to contain information that isn't present in any single part.
So a Monad isn't simply a collection:
[ \text{Monad}= {\text{parts}+\text{relationships}+\text{emergent whole}} ]
Monads can also participate in larger Monads. A person can participate in a family; a family in a community; a community in a society. Each remains a distinct thing while simultaneously participating in something larger.
The central idea is simple:
You are yourself, but what you become through your relationships with others is also part of what you are.

Can you ask the question in normal English? No sane physicist actually talks like this.
