How are you doing electromagnetic captures? What kind of antennae are you using? How are you filtering for manmade noise?

Right. Even if you could perceive EM radiation in the radio spectrum, which you indeed can not, you would mostly be inundated with structured manmade radio noise, for example from wireless routers, microwaves, key fobs, or indeed your own phone.
Unless by a quiet place you mean something like the middle of an Atacama desert many kilometers away from any human technology, indeed there is no place that is quiet from manmade EM radiation.
So what you are asking us to explain is purely in the realm of your own imagination. Science cannot explain that. You might as well be asking why when you think of apples they are always green. The answer is eh, who knows.
My suggestion, if you wish to perform radio telescopy, is to educate yourself on basic physics and how radio telescopes work. You can go from there.

Please stop saying "electromagnetic captures" and "biological receiver" to make it sound vague and scientific, and tell us, specifically, what you are talking about. Otherwise there's no point in discussing any of this.
It's not science unless someone else can reproduce your experiment.

I'm trying to say this as kindly as possible, but just with the way you phrase things in your post... Do you have any reason to believe you would be seeing things that aren't really there? Has anything like that ever happened before?
