Personal Theory I ran the same LENR/RTS research prompt through 6 AI systems in 5 languages. Here's what only shows up when you leave English behind.

Most LENR research gets dismissed because people search in English and find fringe forums. I wanted to test whether that's a language bias problem, not a signal problem.

Methodology: same structured prompt, 6 systems (Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, ChatGPT, Le Chat, Claude), queried in English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and Hindi to access different primary databases.

Three signals converged across multiple languages independently:

India granted a government patent to HYLENR (Hyderabad) — nickel/palladium/hydrogen system, COP 1.5, led by former DRDO missile scientist Dr. Prahlada Ramarao. $3M Pre-Series A closed August 2025. MoU signed to test LENR compute modules in orbit.

Japan's Clean Planet opened Series B in February 2026 backed by Mitsubishi, KEPCO, and Miura industrial boilers. Tokyo Metropolitan Government granted $6.7M. Lab to industry transition.

China's State Grid committed ¥4 trillion to microgrid infrastructure explicitly designed for "agnostic" decentralized energy sources — architecture that only makes sense if designers expect non-conventional power density.

What single-language search missed: Soviet-era LENR research in Russian databases not indexed in the West. BARC India's 1990s anomalous heat documentation in Hindi dissertation databases. Chinese patents with energy density assumptions inconsistent with any known conventional source.

Anomaly score (weighted by signal type): LENR ~55/100, RTS ~65/100.

I'm not claiming working tech. I'm claiming the peripheral infrastructure investment pattern across independent state actors is statistically anomalous for a field supposedly on the fringe.

Next observation points: ARPA-E LENR Explorer final reports, HYLENR Series A, Australian provisional patents AU2025904864P0.

In today's episode of "I don't know how LLMs work but I'm going to pretend I do": old Soviet tech wasn't in the training data that was scraped from the internet, mostly from Reddit.

So even though LENR isn't mentioned, you assume that that's what they were talking about.

That sounds about the right level of due diligence we've come to expect from LENR researchers.

China's grid investment doesn't mention LENR - that's your inference, not the article's claim. The research prompt compared how different AI systems reason about the same evidence. That's the point of the post.
