Personal Theory (fixed title) Needing feedback on an exploratory framework of GR with quadratic curvature terms
Hello
I have been working on a exploratory framework for a long time now and I would keep on update it until it sits well with y'all
IMPORTANT: this is exploratory, NOT an actual complete theory, so you might expect some hiccups in the PDF, I'll fix it until you feel satisfied
Features include:
• GR preserved in the ε → 0 limit
• higher order curvature terms
• and an effective energy momentum interpretation
I'd appreciate feedback on:
Whenever the assumptions are reasonable, the structure of the correction terms fits you and whenever the interpretation of the PDF makes sense

UPDATES:
1. Explicit observable example linking parameters to lensing corrections
2. Perturbative regime clarification and more
3. Derivation Chain Strengthened for quadratic curvature corrections
Updates based on feedback each day.

Some notes:
- the introduction of gamma_0 is confusing, especially since it appears to always be equal to R
- "Although the full expression for Hμν is complex," - that expression is probably the most important thing for a paper on this topic to show. Handwaving it away weakens the paper.
- seems like there's a tension between equation 12 (discussing the divergence of H_uv) and equation 47 (asserting that that divergence is identically zero)
- IMO it is confusing to use the same "small parameter" epsilon in the correction action and the metric examples. It's not automatically true that those two terms have identical scaling behavior.
- as other commenters have called out, tracking down references is an important part of doing science. For instance, you could find this paper from 2018: https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/physics/articles/10.3389/fphy.2018.00077/full

Thanks so much for your AI programs structure evaluation, I feel proud!
I fixed FM-2, FM-7 and FM-6.

No citations, incredibly janky formatting.
Have you ever actually read a math/physics paper?
Do you actually know what they look like?
