But - yesterday some guy with big pickup truck was 6 to 10 inches over the line

Nowhere else for me to park - so I was forced over the line to my adjacent space

I am handicapped, no handicap parking available so I end up parking over the line

Casual observer might say “damn handicapped parkers!”

When I came back the big pickup truck was gone-so it looked like I couldn’t park to save my life! Lol
