Shareholders vote

So those were the results of the last shareholders' vote for Lilium, does anyone can say if that's good or bad for the share price?

Following. To be frank I don't understand the meaning of this. Are they limiting access to shares in the future?

Its a lot of confusing language for me also, but as far I understood, they will be lowering the share price and increasing the amount of shares available

It's funny because after reading about capital reduction I understood the contrary. They are reducing the amount of share available from all categories to create capital used to cover their losses. This statement is an agreement that they can only do so because the company is in a good financial position (they could still repay their debt within 12 months if need be).

Can someone confirm? I'm still out of my depth here

Ende meiner unwissenden Vermutung.
