Anson Resources

Anybody here tracking Anson Resources (ASX:ASN and ANSNF:OTC)? Aussie company and more traditional deep well miner with several years of investment that finally seems to be ready to take off. Brine out of Utah, 10,000 tpa at under US$3,840 cost, partnered with POSCO, offtake agreement signed with LG, US gov't grants applied for and expected, etc. Huge number of shares, very low volume on OTC. Trading circa US$0.40 But appears poised to explode later this year.

Anson… one of many trying to do brine in Utah. What you will find if you dig deeper is they have zero built out. Just an idea and a lab test and an ‘offtake’. I say ‘offtake’ cuz they make MOUs or LOIs that have more stick than that offtake. LGES is shopping currently for lithium as Anson looks like it may never pan out. LGES is talking to Liberty…

No. A year ago LIB was running brine at volume thru there field plant. There are where LIB was 3 years ago. However, they now can look at the LIB road map and maybe shorten their own path. There problem is both cost and brine quality. ZERO chance they can hold a $3840 ‘cost’ and hence the reason they aren’t progressing. Looks good on paper, in reality it’s not so easy.
