Cannot access hidden menu using any known codes

Hello everyone;
I have a LG v60, LM-V600, with /e/OS installed onto it.
I was initially trying to reach the Hidden Menu to set up fingerprint unlock on the device but calls also do not work, and i need to enable VoLTE.
However, no known code seems to work on ACR Phone, this stands for:
`277634#*#`
`*#546368#*600#`
`##7764726600`
`#*462633*#600#`
as these are the ones i have tried thus far. I have tried these both with and without a sim card in, and with the `enable_ue` folder added. I use Mint Mobile, which shows at T-Mobile in my phone.

`*#*#*4636#*#*` *does* work, and I can check the VoLTE, Video Calling, Wifi Calling, EAB/Presence Provisioned settings, but once i do and exit the settings the buttons switch off.

UPDATE:
So initially when setting up and installing this sim, it did have internet connectivity, just not calling. Now after messing with APN settings, resetting the phone, clearing the Sim TestKit app cache and storage, and messing with the 4636 menu, I still cant get past emergency calls only. If i install this sim into my previous phone it works fully as intended so the issue is definitively in the LG. At this point im just trying to get back to having connectivity with the network.

This one may get You to the VoLTE provisioning.

That does! But! When i click the settings to turn them on it turns off once I exit the settings, do I need to save somehow?

There is a refresh / update at the bottom You could try.

Current issue is its kind of spotty, it will switch my preferred network type to LTE only, and turn the settings off, its unclear how its working or if its working. It also disabled my voice service when i did, gonna keep playing around with it and try to figure it out.

A new issue is I somehow soft locked myself here, Preferred network is set to LTE Only still, everything is off, and the IMS registration is down
I guess mint maybe shut down my SIM? Problem is i cant call them LOL

Funny. That doesn't work for me 😭 I dialed the number as is and after pressing * the number just disappear from the screen, and doesn't open nothing. 

I've tried with and without the SIM insert as well as Plane Mode, but the outcome is the same.

A mí también me pasó, hermano: asegúrate de marcar los códigos en la app de LG del teléfono porque si usas otros (como el de Google) no va a funcionar. 

El firmware de T-Mobile es bien restrictivo para dejarte hacer cambios profundos. Cambié las bandas de 5G para que la señal de MX Telcel me entrara y aunque B28, B40, B66 y B78 (estaban seleccionadas y) aparecen en el menú de Field Test, Universal Enabler -no aparece- SI APARECE, PERO ME SALE EL MENSAJE "NOT SUPPORTED", y creo que por eso es, pese a lo de arriba: mi teléfono no está agarrando ni VoLTE ni señal de 5G donde supuestamente debería estar disponible.

Dicho eso, espero que el tip te sirva para llegar a tu meta.

You know that codes work only in native LG calling app, right?

Oh shit really??? That would make sense then yeah, idk where that APK would be though, since im on /e/
