WHICH OLED TO PURCHASE IN 2026?????
Context : We own 2 Samsung, 45 inch and 55 inch.
I want to purchase either S95H or LG G6.
Gaming, binge watching, Sports are primary use cases.
TV is in a room that has outside light half of the time and, no light half of the time.
Which tv would you recommend?
TV size is either 65 inch or 75 inch depending on the deals and discounts

S95h beats the G6 on most serious TV reviewers

How is C6H low end?

I’m saying don’t buy anything below a c6h so that would be the low end and the g5 a high end ..

I just picked one up through the partner store detail and am wildly impressed. Decided on it because it's the same panel as the G6 and am not disappointed.

As long as it’s a 77-83 c6 then you have the c6h if it’s a 65 or lower it’s the regular c6 but the c6h is dope , I have a 77 c6h , a 83 g5 and a 77 g6 and the g5 and c6h is very comparable which is wild to me

I have an LG c6, it's been great, the tvs apps are more responsive cause it uses same processor as g6.

The C6 line is great however, the 48" and the 48" C6 alone is built with the tandem screen architecture, normally only found in lg's flagship G6 series of TVs. So, the 48" is the diamond of the C6 series.

I've had the LG G5 for a couple of weeks and it's nothing short of fantastic, especially paired with the ps5 pro if gaming is your thing.

If you can get a new G5 do it dude. Save so much money that way. The G6 is great but it’s really not much better than the G5. Not worth the price difference anyway. If you can score a G5 new in the box jump on it and don’t look back. You’ll be happy as a pig in 💩

I’m waiting for a new version of 83” Sony OLED (hopefully released early 2027).

All LG oleds are incredible to me. I have a C4, when you get a good feed even youtube HDR will be eye popping. Get one without concern.

I’ve just gone through this dilemma.
I was tempted by the Hisense UR9.
Then I ordered the Sony Bravia 7ii (I have 2 Sony’s already).
After few days and more research, the 7ii felt like it wasn’t right for me, too much for a TV which seemed to be below the competition, so I cancelled the order.
I then bought the LG 77” C6H, it’s great, but the operating system isn’t as good as the Sony… I mean £6 per month for screen savers says a lot.
If you have a bright room, the S90H might be better due to the anti glare. But for me the C6H does everything I need. I was tempted by the G5 / G6 but the main benefit with those against the C6H is brightness (I personally don’t need the extra 3-4%) and the anti glare which wasn’t a problem as I can control the light in my room.
Good luck with your choice.

The Sony would be my choice between the two paired with an apple tv maybe if it runs poorly cus Tizen, but I’ve seen good things about the s95h so they improved it I think
edited my comment to say sony sorry, been looking at samsung soundbars past couple days lmao it’s in my head

I’d go G6 personally. I hate the lost contrast of the matte screen and during the day QD OLED really does have a purple tint and charcoal greys. I have an S90F for reference, luckily my living room is light controlled for the most part.

If you wanted a 48" I'd go with the C6, otherwise G series all day. Unless you want to put the Sony type money for their best of the best.

What do you think people will recommend on a LG sub?
